Always have a good experience with the people who work for Invisible Fence. You can tell they love animals and what they do to protect them. Any issues I have are quickly taken care of and they listen to my questions and concerns. Love this product!
Justin set the new box up, placed flags around the yard and explained the collar and how you can set it for the beep only or shocks. Our 9 month Great Dane mix got the shock and was reminded that he must stay in the yard. We have some training to do and running out of the yard is not an option.
Our fence has not worked for a couple months but my husband was convinced he could find the break in the wire around the yard. He spent many hours trying to find the break. We finally called Invisible Fence and Justin came out and found the problem in the actual box that sends out the signal within 5 minutes. He replaced the box to a newer model. We've had this system since 1997. When I asked how much it would cost he said the systems are guaranteed for life. A big detail that I either didn't know or didn't remember.
I think Invisible Fence is wonderful and really enjoy the people that work for them. Whether on the phone or in person everyone is easy to talk to and helpful. This last service technician was great. He was patient and helped me figure out where we had to move the invisible fence.
I really appreciated Justin's professional attitude and his ability to set us up so Pete will stay in our yard.
We have had a great experience so far with invisible fence the training has been wonderful and Jonathan was super great with our puppy. He is very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Jonathan corns came out to our house today to get our new puppy hooked up to the fence and to help me figure out how to use my rock as an indoor unit. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Of course my puppy loved him too which was a plus:-)
We've been long time, satisfied customers. I had the opportunity to interact with Kevin Kontorchik today at our new home. Kevin was prompt, conscientious, professional and thorough. He did a temporary installation in order to get us up and running, and will do the permanent, below-ground installation when the ground firms up in the spring. It would've been faster for Kevin to do the entire installation today, but it would've torn up my yard and made a mess. They are truly customer-centric.
