We had central air installed in our home by Smylie One and will be having a hot water heater installed soon, too. The technicians did a wonderful job with the installation and were very helpful and communicative about the process, how to use the system and the new thermostat, and how to maintain the unit as time goes on. Highly recommended.

Smylie One just updated our two 20 year old Unico AC systems to 19 SEER, replacing single stage condensers with smaller variable condensers to be unobtrusive to our landscaping, replacing single speed blowers with 2 speed blowers. and matched coils. Job involved many discussions and a few iterations for us to decide on exactly the equipment we wanted for the job prior to ordering equipment. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional, with attention to every detail of the job. Job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Smylie One even designed and bent a prefinished aluminum cover to hide the line sets. They were extremely careful of landscaping. System was installed to work as two-stage with our Nest thermostats. Would highly recommend Smylie One for a great job!
Courteous. Prompt. Quality work. Attention to detail and the customers best interest in mind. This was my experience with smylie. They didn't push me to buy the biggest and most expensive ac and furnace. They did however present me with all the options, in clear and easy to understand terms. They were there when I had questions. Let's be honest this isn't a small purchase. They also pointed me in the right direction for financing part of it. I do highly recommend thier service plan that once you purchase, even if you have an emergency that they have to come on off hours or a summer day it still costs you the standard rates. Saved my butt a couple of times.
