Just had my first ever Brazilian wax done. Very friendly staff, fast and efficient. Definitely look forward to coming back and will recommend this place to friends.

This Woman is a theif and a liar she doesn’t have 15 Years of experience. The service is horrible they don’t know what they are doing they waxed my Friend’s Eyebrows and ripped her skin off. The Owner is known for mentally discriminating against her Family and elderly People. This is not a joke whoever supports somebody trying to own a Business in our good small Town of Chesterland who is a mean Woman is really disturbed. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this Salon. They also don’t sanitize their equipment from what I heard.
A great professional environment. The staff is extremely welcoming and make you feel at ease. Looking forward to my next appointment with Serina. Her results are amazing!
